![]() It also allows gifting to bring an ally back or help them out. I might not want war with them at that time in the campaign or at all. I can't be bothered going to war every time in a campaign when an AI ally swoops in and snags my last territory in a province when I was fighting for it all along. I am going to experiment of course to get a feel, but hoping you can help me choose a faction to focus on (old or new world). There are good reasons for this option in game. I am extremely familiar with all the Old World options (over 700 hours in first game), and my favourite factions were (in order of preference) Orks, Vampire Lords, and Wood Elves (focused on Durthu/Treemen). Those dudes have improved on and added a lot. That is proven to be a very good thing and a staple of PC gaming. ![]() Modding has always been a big part of TW games and a lot of other PC games for a long time. To find a faction, expand any of the navboxes for the campaign where a faction is found in. I also always miss this feature in TW games. It's pretty lightweight and hassle free if you ask me. It lists the required mod on the mod page to the right as well. Not as easy as just adding textures onto something. ![]() It requires a framework mod because it adds UI things. ![]() Why other mods also needed? Suddenly you got a half dozen new mods to screw things up. I will have to go back and look again, but I don't remember a list of other required mods - which in itself is a problem imo. Those people are usually missing, or for some reason having issues with, the required mods. Originally posted by Elitewrecker PT:I've used it across several versions and never had that problem. ![]()
